What's Holding Back UK Runners?

With less than 600 days to the London Olympics, UK runners are in deep trouble. They are slower that UK runners were 15-29 years ago. Our analysis shows that they are very stiff—held back by microfibers that are binding their muscles together and making them slower. Releasing those microfibers would enable them to increase their stride length 50% and more, so that they can easily outrun the competition and bring home Gold Medals at the London 2012 Olympics.
