Camps

We currently offer five-day residential camps limited to ten participants. Our camps are designed to improve your athletic performance far beyond what traditional coaching alone can do. The camps include video analysis, co-ordination and timing drills to improve mechanics, flexibility measurements and stretching of sport-specific ranges, strength measurements and exercises in sport-specific ranges, and two hours of Microfiber Reduction, our exclusive form of connective tissue massage that improves flexibility far beyond what stretching alone can do.
